I am currently receiving Job Seekers Allowance. I start work on the 29th of July. I am going over to try sort out accomodation next week. If I tell social welfare that I am looking for accomodation. Will I be able to receive my JSA at a later date?

Once you leave ireland for good you no longer have an entitlement to Jobseekers Allowance.
You might be able to get a weeks holidays for next week if you inform them today, and then pick up the JSA when you come back, but your not really giving them enough notice.
