Union cycle retro 1983 bicycle

    A friend of mine just acquired this as part of a group of bikes he has just purchased and was wondering if anyone might have any interest in it as it is a rare looking machine and completely original

    It is an indian bike from 1983 and has some weird extras on it like a steering lock on the front forks and a rear drum brake , i tried googling the bike but cant seem to find any others online

    Any interest ? Or ideas as to what it might be worth ?

    Oh the make is -Union cycle -slender mark 2 so assumedly there was a mark 1 :)

    Note the fold out footpegs on the rear like a motorbike !!
