Vamo SS reading Lo and 0 omh

So today my Vamo decided to die. done a quick Google and i think that the o ring needs to be replaced. anyone know where i can buy these ? , i just looked there and yes the o ring has dislodged from the center post so its earthing against the side ,tried to put it back but wont work.

Same thing happened to a SS vamo i have,i might try take it apart and see what the story,I can't see why it would need replacing unless something is broken.
