Just wondering where one would stand on the above^

Do we have a right to protest outside a Business, lets say you paid for a service that You didnt get? The information was misleading.

Or would the Police be called?

As far as I know, and I'm open to correction on this, once you're being factually correct and not physically stopping or impeding anyone from entering the business then you have the right to stage a protest.

Bear in mind the UK is made up of England & Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland all with slightly different law in relation to public order. If you're asked to move on you'd be wise to comply.

Maybe I should have said,Northern Ireland would be the place in question.
