Lump on my dogs back

Hi I brought my 5 yr old Pomeranian to the vet yesterday as she has a small lump on her back and he took a biopsy and will have results back next week. He seems to think it could be a benign fibrosis (think I have that name wrong) but I can't help worry it could be cancer. Anyone been thru similar experience? It's a hard lump not soft. Thanks

My friends dog has had 3 removed and all benign! :) Try not to worry to much which I know is easier said than done.
