Fungal Nail Infection

    Hi.

Simple enough question. I'm taking oral Lamisil for a fungal nail infection. Been taking it now for 2 weeks.

Anyways, for the last 2 years or so, I have felt quite lethargic and would get various pains and such after doing exercise. However, 2 weeks after taking Lamisil and I feel better than ever.

Can a fungal infection just be limited to nails and other areas of the skin. Can a fungal infection actually infect joints / tendons and other soft tissues or is this all just a coincidence ?

    Simple enough answer.

I'm afraid we don't offer medical advice on this forum. Any questions such as this should be directed to your GP.
