    Hi all,

I was wondering - do Estate Agent, advertising new houses, include VAT in asking price, as it would happen with any other VAT covered goods or not?

    Thanks in advance,
    Dan

Legally they must advertise with VAT inclusive, with the exception of commercial premises.
