JSB Query

Well my query a bit straight forward probably but I confused. Any help is appreciated.

I got a letter saying my JSB is "ending in coming weeks" and basically to reapply for JSA. But then on same letter it has "If you have worked for employer after 156th day of claim you may re-qualify for JSB provided you satisfy all other conditions. Please let us know if this applies to you"

I worked between Jan 28th and May 15th. Was on JSB from Sept 2012 to that job and well after again.

My questions are will I have to drop to JSA or am I entitled to JSB?
Who do I let know if this applies to me?
And well any other info would be great as this letter is not exaxctly the best in terms of explaination

Does it not say on the letter when day 156 of your claim was? If it doesnt get yourself into your swlo and find out the exact date. If you paid 13 A class contributions after day 156 you will need to get a letter from your employer to state that. If you have paid 13 A contributions you should re-qualify for jsb once you meet the other criteria.

I know it says soon but does it not give the date of when your claim reached 156 days so you can verify if you paid 13 A contributions since then.
