Ya got it for €10. Bought it with points that I got via electronic first a few weeks back when there was an offee so worked out cheaper again

Bought 1600 points for €16.99 in gamestop.

I got 4200 for 30 quid a few weeks back off electronic first. Keep an eye as there are offers every now and agajn

Credit card is fine ablelocks. I think there maybe extra savings to be had by using points but the discounts are decent enough.

L4D2 is a must for anyone that likes zombie games, have it in a hard copy and play it all the time, should be a whole new croud on it now so good game play to come.

Using the Hungarian method is the way to go with this sale! For 2400 points I got Crysis, Crysis 3, Bulletstorm, Borderlands 2, Lego Batman 2 and The Witcher 2

How to create a Hungarian XBOX Live account

Step 1: Create a Hungarian Microsoft account
Sign up for a Hungarian Hotmail account (@hotmail.hu) via: https://signup.live.com/signup.aspx?...kt=hu-hu&lic=1
Be sure to select location as Hungary

If you do this in Chrome you can automatically translate the page into English

Step 2:
Create a Hungarian Xbox Live account via https://live.xbox.com/hu-HU
using your Hungarian hotmail account. Again be sure to select location as Hungary.

Step 3: Using a Debit card to purchase games will not work so you need to buy some Microsoft Points, minimum 800 points card from online retailer or instore.

Step 4: Download your new account to your Xbox via your Hotmail.hu login details and add the MS Points, it will ask for more details for your billing address, you can simply put whatever you want e.g "Name" "Street" "City" "12345" and "01999 999999" as it does not verify them.

Step 5: Search for/locate games that are on offer via the dashboard (or the Xbox Live Web marketplace if you prefer) while logged in as your Hungarian account and opt to pay via Microsoft points by pressing X on the purchase screen.

Step 6: Download and Enjoy

I set up Hungarian Hotmail and Xbox accounts, bought points, and bought the games on Xbox.com on my laptop. Then I downloaded the new gamertag to my Xbox and the downloads started.

Just to note, some games are region-locked so this does not always work, but 90% of the time it does.

If a game is region-locked you can't buy it, so there's no risk of buying something you can't play on your Irish account.

Got the witcher 2 for 400 points with a hungarian account. Slightly tedious setting up the account but definitly worth the hassle.

They should be available to play on all profiles associated with the xbox your Hungarian account is on.

Any game downloaded to your xbox is playable in any account.
