    Hi there,

I'm going to be making an Intra-Community supply to a client in the North and I'm wondering about the VAT treatment I should use. The client is a business, but is not required to register for VAT in the UK as they do not break the registration threshold.

As they don't have a VAT registration number, am I correct that I should I treat this as a B2C trasaction and charge Irish VAT @ 23%?

    Many thanks,
    JP
