    Hi there

    I have the lovely BOI Business Banking. Recently all I'm getting when I go to log in is "Loading please wait" (I suppose at least it polite!!). The troubleshooting guide says I should un-install Java and re-install it. Also to change security settings in IE. I've done all they've suggested and still no change, still the same message. Any ideas?

    Uninstall all mentions of java in add/remove programs. Restart your machine and download and install the latest java.

    Thanks, but as i mentioned I've already done that and there's no change. Any further ideas?

    Are you running Windows 7?

    If so test under both IE and IE 64 bit then test in Chrome.

    You can use JavaTester.org it make sure your JRE is working and upto date.
    You should be running JRE 7u24.

    I'm on update 25 according to that site.

    Running XP on one PC that has the problem. Java update 25
