Astra 2E Launch Delayed

after the failure of a Russian Proton-M Rocket (carrying 3 GPS Satellites) this morning, the launch of Astra 2E will be delayed for maybe 2 / 3 months whilst the cause of this failure is identified and rectified. This will give the Expats a 2 or 3 month extension to their reception, on the Fringes of the 2F Footprint. eg.…
