Hi there. I'm after getting two phones changed as the trouble with the iphone4s is desperate- poor coverage, little or no Internet coverage. I'm a longtime customer and I would have hoped to stay, but the hassle of bringing my phone back to Vodafone, backing it up, changing sim, being without my phone for over a week....AGAIN.... Any ideas? Can't really do without my phone again for a week, I have left going to Vodafone for weeks this time as I really need the phone, any views or ideas on what a person could do ?? Rgds

So did vodafone actually replace your phone or have (attempted to) it fixed? If they had it fixed they probably used their own (crappy) repair service, who most likely looked at your phone, said it was fine and sent it back...
If it still under warranty always deal with apple directly, they'll actually replace it. Still takes about a week, but it will be replaced. If you can't wait a week you can get an advance/express replacement service for €29 where apple sent you a replacement phone first and then you return yours. Call apple or organise it online. Good luck.
