Concrete window sills.

I have a few old concrete window sills which I have stripped back ...years of all sorts of paint is now mostly gone.
I am now ready to paint them again and the question is what type of paint to use. Do I need to use some sort of sealer/primer or is there a paint that will do the job all in one. I want to do it properly so that it will last a few years.
    Any ideas
    Thanks

If you are talking exterior cills then any proprietry exterior paint, Weathershield, Sandtex or Colour Trend will do. They are all much the same and usually I go for the one that is doing a good deal at the time.

However, if you are back to bare concrete or stone then put on a stabilising solution, like Sandtex Trade, and then a couple of coats of your chosen paint.

Thanks for reply.. I have them back bare stone and concrete (2 of each) so I will use stabilising solution.
    Thanks
