Hi, When ordering flowers for your bride to be for the morning of the wedding, is their a particular type of boquet to get or advised to get. Also how far in advance would you order these for delivery on the morning of the wedding. Thanks for the advice in advance.

Honestly, I never saw the point of these. My husband did it... but I was kinda... hey, we're going on honeymoon tomorrow, these will be pretty dead in 3 weeks time!

A piece of costume jewellery, some wine, or a letter would make more sense to me.

Anyway, if you do want to get flowers, something she likes, or have some personal resonance would be the ideal. What are her favourite flowers? What flowers have you given her before?

If you can't think of anything meaningful, try going for something that will go with the rest of the photos. So the colour of the bridesmaid dress, or good old white or green.

As for when to order them, same as any other flowers... you can order weeks or months in advance, or even the day before.

I wouldn't let my H2b waste the money, as said above-you'll be going on honeymoon and even if you're not, there'll be flowers all over the shop anyway.
I think a little care package would be much nicer. A nice letter, a CD of songs, a bottle of coke (for me anyway!!) etc.

Maybe a bottle of her favourite perfume?

    really dont waste your money.

our house was like a florist for a week before the wedding, to the point where we had to buy more vases. we had to put them all in the bin before we went on honeymoon, as didnt want to leave water sitting for 3 weeks.

Buy her something she will use. i got two bottles of speciality rum and an engraved hip flask.

So much better then yet another bunch of gammy flowers.
