    Hi folks,
Apologies in advance for my lack of knowledge.

Looking for help identifying this component.
Its part of a rechargeable battery pack, so I'm assuming its some kind of polyfuse./.. heatfuse??
Trying to figure out what triggers it.. overcharging or heat from overcharging.

If so does anyone know what the markings mean re. spec etc.

    Looking to source resettable alternative.

    Any help apreciated folks.

Hard to tell based on pic... Have you a more zoomed out pic? And nature of failure..
Could be a fuse or thermal cutout, if so the reason for the overcurrent or overtemp may remain if just that part is replaced

no better photo, its basically on a battery strap joining cells in a battery pack, hasnt failed, batteries are just old and not holding charge.
I want to make a few packs of the batteries, same spec batteries, same configuration...just wanted to include similar protection.

    Cheers
