I have just completed my course in business and my sister has completed the science course. Personally I would say the science has better job prospects as the business course is really for people who want to start there own business.
If you are not really sure about the business, I done a level 6 course in W.I.T and found it to be more beneficial than if Iv'e done the level 7 or 8 because after year two you have a choice of any course business related to go into. For example after doing general business for two years I changed into the level 8 marketing course. I could have picked Accounting or economics etc. If I done the level 8 business course I would have just done general business for 4 years and wouldn't really have a qualification in a specific area.

All in all. There seems to be a lot of scientific job prospects here in Waterford. So I would recommend that myself personally.

Message me back if you have any inquiries. I mighten have made sense of something I said. Its Sunday evening after all :P

Do whichever course you have more interest in... I can't emphasise that enough, don't just do a course because it has good job prospects without having any interest in it.
