I've got 400 euro to spend on a new monitor and can't decide which to go for. I have a GTX 670 and will be playing BF4 when it comes out so, the BenQ XL2411T 144Hz sounds like the right match but, poor screen colors would bug me. Does anyone have this monitor? What do you think of it? The colors on the UltraSharp are suppose to very good but, is it OK with FPS's? Is it playable? Dell says you can return it if there is one dead pixel but, how good is Dell support these days? I don't know which to go for. Any thoughts? I don't want one of the Korean imports BTW.

    Hey uncle sam, I have the XL2411T and a U2412hm, as well as a gtx670 :P

Both are great monitors, the dell is a good all rounder, good colours, good viewing angles and isnt to bad for gaming.
But the benq is absolutely amazing for gaming. I am pretty much just playing cs go at the minute, and getting 300 fps @ 120hz is just a dream to play at, almost like playing on a crt again!

You can do a lightboost hack on the benq since you have an nvidia card which completely removes the motion blur effect, and is well worth doing imo.

It does mess with your colours and will give it a crimson tint, but you can just manually set the colours in nvidia control panel without much hassle.

here they are side by side:

    Thanks Burgo,

If you were told you could only have one monitor which would you keep?
