Fluctuation in Prices. Faro-Knock in October

    Hi all:

This might be asking the impossible.

Has anyone any idea of the likely reduction in Ryan Air flights costs from Faro to Knock in October?

eg: are they likely to reduce in the coming months, or is this a bit of a gamble? (Flying back during school half-term week)

I would prefer to fly from Faro to Knock, but Faro to Belfast way cheaper at the moment, but Belfast much further away.

    Any thoughts? Thanks

we fly dublin to faro every oct mid term and the prices tend to be at their best value early-mid august....that's for dublin now, the past 2 octobers the prices just kept going up and up after mid august

Many thanks Jocelynel. I have noticed that in recent years, October seems to be the best time to book flights for the following early summer and prices continue to rise from thereon and staying static from March onwards. So there does seems to be some general trends.

yep, your right...we always book our flights as soon as they are released and watch as they keep going up and up.

I've booked flights out to Faro in October mid-term week , but not booked flights back yet. I'm keeping an eye on Aerlingus, Ryan Air and Easy Jet. Big difference in prices.

Ideally Ryanair to Knock would suit best and might come down, but that might be wishful thinking. But I'd be happy enough to swim there and back if needs be:D

    Thanks Jocelynel. Happy hols!

ah happy holidays to you too :)

i booked the outward journey with ryanair in january 43euros each, but the return journey only came out in march, it was 79 with aerlingus, 92 with ryanair so went ahead and booked it with aerlingus.

i think if you can get the return price for around 150....that's alright considering they hike up the price for mid-term

3 years ago, we flew out of knock in april for 12euros each way...imagine! those days are well gone!!!
