I would be very grateful if anyone could help me with this query.
I brought sony wireless headphones MDRRF810 to use with my LG tv.
Just found out that my tv does not have an audio jack where you would normally plug in headphones!
The wires are fixed to the headphone transmitter.

These are the connections I have at the back of my TV.

IS there any sort of cable I can buy to get it to connect up to the TV

You could try this connected to the "Variable Audio Out" connection on the TV ?

It's possible that that output is controlled by the TV volume control which wouldn't be of much use but worth a try. Perhaps connecting to one of the SCART sockets might provide a solution. There should be an output on at least one of them. This cable should do it I think though it should be possible to find something cheaper elsewhere.

That first cable you linked to is a Stereo Male 3.5mm to two RCA Male adapter.

Would it not need to be a Stereo Female 3.5mm to two RCA Male adapter?

The .pdf file for the unit isn't really clear. In some pictures the input looks like a 3.5mm socket, in others it looks like a fixed 3.5mm fly-lead. The OP will know which is appropriate I think ?

It looks pretty clear to me that the fixed cable from the transmitter to the TV is indeed a male 3.5mm plug and would require a female connection at the TV end? The socket you see is for charging.

Have you looked at the pdf I linked to ? 2 different illustrations show different views supporting both our suggestions. As I said, the OP will see what's appropriate.

Don't need to, I have the headset here on my desk and it's a female connection the OP needs at the TV end.
