    The neighbours are having a huge house party with impressive speakerage.

    I wouldn't mind but Im up early. I'm trying to plot nasty revenge on them when I should be sleeping.

    Help me out AH's what devious things could I do?

    Nothing illegal about it. It's a matter for the local council or corporation for Noise Pollution. :) Guards can only ask them to turn it down. AFAIR
