parking fine

    a friend of mine is in england at the moment, she got a parking fine of Stg£35, she doesnt have much money as she is unemployed, what would happen if she did not pay the fine, she goes back to kent every year to visit her aunt.

    There is some kind of co-operation between European states that means she can be traced, so I suggest she pays the fine.
    Being unemployed without much money is no mitigation.

    Is it an official Council Ticket or a private company ticket? It should read EPS or ESP...One you can ignore the other you cant.....
