Nothing. 188 is the basic, whether stamps or not.

When your stamps run out you go back on Job Seekers Allowance is it?

yes, your stamps should last you for either 6 or 9 months, depending on how many you have I think, then you are means tested and switch to the job seekers allowance, main think is to get into social welfare office as soon as possible so they can date your claim

Yes. I'm not sure how long you get your stamps for. It's less than a year, then you're assessed for JSA. Make sure to keep looking for work and keep proof, emails, letters etc. If you're having no luck with a job, make sure to take any courses from FAS or local VEC that you can. Or go the whole hog and go back to College! Now is the time to retrain, but in order to get BAck to Education Allowence, I think you need to be unemployed for a year. Talk to the staff in the Labour Exchange, they are usually very helpful.

Job Seekers Benefit is earnings related, you must have been earning €300 or more to get the full rate of €188

The social will leave you alone while on jsb until your stamps run out and then they'll bang on to you so hopefully you'll find work ASAP, best of luck.
