Hi,just got a small(26ft) mobile home that has what looks like a new boiler in it,it is a Marco d61-b.
Been told that this is only powerful enough to heat the water and cooker and that it would not do the rads.
    Whats the opinions here?

It IS only an instantaneous water heater. It won't do rads.

What form of space heating do you have already?

Ok,havnt clue about this sort of thing.Just bought it with a solid fuel stove which would be used instead of the gas heating anyway as the gas is expensive and the indoor temp drops so quick when its turned of.

Don't intend to live in it,will only be used by somebody staying at the weekend.

Will this boiler be ok to run the shower and hot water and cooker?

    Yes.

Make sure you have it serviced before use to ensure it is running safely
& as it should. This is most important as it is an open flue appliance taking its air for combustion from the room it is located in & not directly from outside. So don't ever block any of the vents in the home even on very cold/windy days.

Will have a guy set it up for me,there is also a gas interface detection unit in the cudboard but its wires outside were cut by the movers I think as they are taped up under it.
