has anyone any experience with very young common musks?

I've got 4, 3 i got about 10 months ago and i got another one yesterday who is quite young and obviously very small compared to the other 3.

the new one id spending more time out of water than in, i have put him in and he floats with the current and then swims back to the dock.

could it be a thing its just because he is so young? or should it not make a difference?

i'm so worried about the little dude!

Maybe he's intimidated by the other three. Are they much bigger in size ?
