hi guys . i was in buying some art supplies earlier today ... when i walked in i couldnt help watching a guy reading a mag.... i walked past and went upstairs to get my stuff. the dude behind the counter had to go off and get my order from the stock room.. again i went back down to the first floor. it must of been 20 mins.. the guy was still reading the same mag.
i dont really know why it bothered me . mabye its because i like to buy a mag and take it home in my own castle to read it .... id feel weird reading one and not buying it purely as a mark of respect of i like the publishers work ,there fore i support the weekly mag or even monthly.
what do you guys on here think? is it just me . or would you guys stand there for 20 miniutes and read away and not be bothered by the fact its a store selling mags and books.:D

You wouldn't stand in Easons and read a handbag......

Most do it on line now, so no big deal. IMO. . .

Best option is to steal it, bring it home then read it in the comfort of your own castle.

Reading magazines in Easons is part of our culture, boss.

Maybe he went away for 19 mins and returned to verify a fact he had earlier read, thus giving the impression that he had been reading during the whole 20 minutes in question, when in-fact his net time spent reading said magazine was indeed of a much more brief period of time.

Funnily enough I read an entire novel over the course of two weeks, in Easons! I live in a smallish town and there is very little to do on my lunch break. One day as I was killing time I picked up Dan Browns 'Inferno' and ended up reading a chapter or two during that particular lunch break. From there I was hooked and came back every day on my lunch break to read more as I was engrossed! Great book too that I'd highly recommend!

So you're an artist and worried about your commission.
If you're good, your stuff will be seen in every doctors and dentists waiting room and all viewed for the price of about €50 per visit. . .

We are all dying to know what the magazine was. Maybe he still lives at home and he did not want to bring a Playboy mag home.
