Fizik Aliante Saddle Creaking

I have a new bike since March and after about 2 months the saddle started to creak badly especially when pedalling hard. It is a Fizik Aliante saddle which is otherwise very comfortable.
It is definitely the saddle as it stops when you stand. I sprayed some lube where the rails go into the saddle which stopped it for a while but it came back.
Any advice. It was a reasonably expensive bike and this shouldn't happen.
