    hi

I have all the licences..... for bus and truck.....

I have 1234 CPC just done. I know 5 and 6 has to be done.

I think I just need to have bus done by sept 2013
and truck by sept 2014 is that right?

is it just mod 5 (bus) that I need to do now? ......does anyone know?

I had licences pre 2008....have acquired rights.
    Cheers

    Paddy:)

Almost correct exept that module 5 is truck and 6 bus. But if you do mod 6 and get the cpc card you'll have get a new cpc card next year when you do mod 5. So better to do 5 and 6 before sept this year to get the cpc card for both categories.

Despite what the Rsa may tell you the legislation is for the truck cpc to be completed by next year, it might make their paperwork easier if you have all done this year but it isn't a legal requirement.

I had my digicard renewal form returned to a few weeks ago because they claimed it was incorrectly completed, no phone or email on it, I rang them and they said it was a requirement for their system. When I asked was I required by law to have a phone or email in order to maintain a digital tachograph card they said no, so I said you have no right to refuse my renewal then, well no but it just makes it easier for the system. Needless to say they still don't have my phone or email address.

Ok rsa told cpc instruction that was the case ... It's very poorly administrated
