    You will need a bit of skill to get rid of adobe ARM.;)

    You can disable all of that safely though probably leave avast.

    I'd recommend using AutoRuns when looking at start up items. I't will give a complete list of all start up items.

    If you do use AutoRuns you will see a program called "Userinit" do not disable this!
