My saorview has gone to pot in the last few weeks - stuttering- sound goes- occasional black screen...it was perfect.
It is across all the boxes in the house.

    Does high pressure effect saorview?

    Anybody else in grief?

Do you have trees in the way of your signal? A basic PC aerial sitting on the TV stopped picking up my Saorview when the trees in front of where I live burst back into life a few weeks back after the cold spell.

High pressure can cause problems, giving rise to enhanced propagation from distant transmitters using the same channel.

Should be a rare occurrence though & usually short-lived. If you've been having problems on an ongoing basis, it's more than likely a shortcoming in your own receiving setup.

I'd agree with post #2 about trees as well.

I wonder could they all have managed to retune to a weaker signal?

Can you see what UHF channel you are getting Saorview on? Do you know which channel you should be receiving or which transmitter your aerial is pointed at?
