Problem with Log book.

    Hi,i buy car 04/05/2013 fill Logbook with previous owner.I still wait,they not come.I call previous owner,he said send log book. I call to Department of Transport,he check, and say logbook not come.Previous owner not answer to my call.How can take new log book on my name?
