Hello fellow boarders,

My name is Baptiste. I will be doing a M.Sc at TCD from mid-August to June, and i'm looking for a small single (non-shared) studio to rent in Dublin, starting from August.

I can afford up to 450€/500€ per months, and would prefer a 10month lease if possible. Please contact me here or via private message if you have something for me.

NB : I was in Maynooth last year, and have bank and landlord reference.
