Well the op asked how much money in 2euro coins would be in the tin if it was full. So the correct answer is more likely near to 3hundred and fifty euro . . There or there abouts

Handy for money for pints at Christmas.
Although your trousers would be down around your ankles with all the 2 euros

Maybe 500 euros worth of 2 euro coins seeing as it has a 500 euro note printed around it?

The Anglo one holds about €7 billion.

If you have one full of €2 coins and want to know how much is in it without tearing it open then weighing it would be the easiest way to get an approximation. You can knock a few euro off to make up for the weight of the tin but it shouldn't count for much.

A €2 coin weights 8.5g according to wikipedia. So just divide the total weight by that to get the number of coins.

Well I never was good at estimating, but I imagine it would hold at least a million euro.

All of the above. Before due to the weight of the coins in your pocket.
During due to the constant urinating from all of the beers consumption, and After: Your trousers are now around your ankles because you are wearing you belt as a bandana and claiming to any one who listens that "Charlie is in the trees" and "I am Agent Orange".
