The other day I had a huge problem that I couldn't fix - was stressing out having a coffee over it when a stranger asked me what was wrong , & I told them. Following day they had gone out of their way & fixed my problem. Couldn't believe it.

Have you ever been saved by the kindness of a stranger?

Strangers are just friends that don't know your name

Who got the movie rights to that?

I'm thinking Sandra Bullock as Stranger and Ryan Gosling as Timmyctc (artistic licence)

I fell into a big thing of muck once. Only for a passing stranger I would have done for. He told all of my classmates to stop laughing and for one of them to jump in after me.

This radio programme has a bit near the end where people thank strangers from long a go e.g. saving my mother from choking while on Brighton pier aged 2

I once bought a thingymabobyolkything but it was missing its left phalange. While I was sitting on the beach quietly sobbing and looking at the beautiful moon I heard a shadow behind me. When I turned around some helpful stranger had left a right phalange. The mob really need that left phalange to function, therefore so did I.

So no a stranger has never saved me.

We used to have one of them too, but the wheel fell off.

2 cool Pakistani lads helped me out one night when a gang of aggressive rugger buggers decided they didn't like the look of me and proceeded to kick **** out of me and my then lady friend....

I was only out of hospital from Surgery a week and it could have been a lot worse if it wasn't for their random act of kindness....
