What is the best "edible glue" for fondant icing?

I'm making a cake and I need to stick fondant words to the fondant covering. I'm thinking egg whites might work but I'm not sure. Any tips? Thanks

Vodka, it dries quickly as the alcohol evaporates.

Vodka, water or you can buy ready made edible glue

squires do a nice glue that holds big stuff well. But otherwise for small stuff, I just use a water brush. x
