Using a Tiagra BB for Ultegra 6600 standard crank...

    Google tells me this will work ... can anyone confirm please?

    Also, Tiagra BB = 15 squid, Ultegra BB = 35 squid... what do you get with the Ultegra BB for the extra 20 squid?

    Ah....sh*te.. wrong forum... DOH! Can I ask a mod to kindly move to main forum.

    yes it will work.
    The Ultegra might be slightly lighter...
    You don't even have to use a Shimano branded bracket.

    It will work.
    The Ultegra bearings might be of a higher quality, but the Tiagra BB is fine.
