I have been looking around for a while at getting a decent tv. I am torn between these 2 at the moment.
    Samsung: http://www.pixmania.ie/ie/uk/13451737/art/samsung/ue50f6100-3d-led-televisi.html
    and
    LG: http://www.pixmania.ie/ie/uk/13516162/art/lg/55ln575s-led-television.html

Not too clued in on specs in terms of tv's. Leaning towards the samsung, as i have no real need for a smart tv with having xbox for youtube/apps and a multi media box. I do like the 3D aspect even if its a bit gimickey. Also it seems the better deal.
Would anyone have any reasons to get, or more importantly not get either of these, no reviews on Amazon for either.
Open to other suggestions for similar price but ideally want >46 inchers.

Why stop at 46"?? go with a projector and get 100"+ not sure on your set up if it would be suitable for a projector but some great 1080p 3D projectors around now in that price bracket.

Never really thought of a projector, think it prefer a TV right now TBH. If i was going for a projector Id like to spend big money on a complete home cinema set up (one day ), not just the projector itself. With a TV there is nothing to worry about in terms of changing a bulb/getting a sufficient background/screen etc.
