HPL1 Question

Hi there, a colleague of mine asked me if I knew what an HPL1 form was, I have no idea and after doing some rather quick research I am still unsure of what it is, I think it has something to do with taxes but I'm not sure Can someone tell me exactly what it is used for? Thanks in advance.

A quick Google search suggests that it's a form related to the Affordable Housing Scheme.

I'd guess you can get one from your Local Authority
