Old Paloma LPG versus new "noname" LPG?

    The old non sealed, full time pilot light types are banned in uk for safety reasons. The 'use only in a well ventilated room' on the paloma says it all. If theres a genuine ce/iso spec with the no name one then that should be much safer to modern standards.

    Is there a much what can go wrong with them chinese made lpg water heaters?
    I heard that 300 euro Bosch or Morco lpg heaters do give sometimes trouble aswell..

    Or is it really depends on how you initially installed water heater in the first place
    (problems occurred because of unprofessional installation/poor quality of material used)??
