Is there requirements with regards to experience, technical abilities, degree etc?

Well there are a few positions, some are junior some more senior. It wouldn't feel right to put a job spec up here, does that answer your question.

Oh and yes there are some requirements less for the junior positions though, graduate level, i'm heading out now but will check this later...Jane
