Anyone know which part of Terminal 2E, Cityjet arrive at in Paris ? (2E is subdivided in to 3 sections: K, L and M).

Also is there a bus involved on arrival or do they have an air bridge ?

I have a very tight transfer to terminal 2F and not sure if I'll make it.

The Cityjet flight lands miles away from the airport in CDG - the plane spends about 10 mins taxiing and then a bus comes to pick you up. That said if you're running late and the connection is Air France, they'll hold the plane - just tell s steward ( it's also easy and fast to go between terminals!).

Thanks yeah it's an AF connection.

Disregard completely this advise. It is reckless and not accurate.

Air France will not hold an aircraft for one or any amount of connecting passengers. They, like any airline have a slot to keep and they will not risk stranding a full jet full of passengers on the ground for what could be hours trying to obtain a new slot from eurocontrol at a busy airport like CDG.

You haven't mentioned how tight your connection is but for peace of mind if you can change to an earlier flight definitely do even if it means overnighting in CDG the day before if you need to and can,

It's a bus to the terminal.

I think it was K we used , but I am not 100% sure.

How tight is your connection ?

Connection is one hour. AF sell it as a valid connection so they must think its doable. No checked luggage involved.
Connection is after 9pm so probably pretty quiet at CDG. They only sell it as a premium economy or business connection, not economy.

You will need the full hour.

We just made a 45 minute 2e to 2e transfer from that flight. You will need to redo security after the Dublin flight.

I've made 2E to 2E in 25 minutes, 10 minutes taxi and the bus, straight off to see what gate, hop on the train and through security and a brisk walk to the gate.

If you are cutting it tight, ask a worker in the airport and they'll probably fast track you through security like they did with me.

Try not to wear any items that will waste time at security, Belts, lots of jewelery etc..

Know your route before you go and you'll definitely make it if you don't mess around.

Actually, regarding the above comment being 'reckless' AF held a flight for a delayed inbound flight only this week in CDG. This is a fairly common occurrence as I fly out of CDG all the time

Sorry to bump this thread up but same situation from 2E to 2F in CDG.

Just looking at the map of terminal 2 does cityjet land in hall K, L or M for 2E if any regulars know?

None of them. K l and m are for departing flights. CDG is not as simple as AMS for changes. You need an hour at least.

I have taken this route several times with less than 1hr to transfer, haven't missed a flight yet.
You do have to go through passport control again and sometimes there is a queue, but if you are polite most passengers will let you through.
