Best I'd have is a dremel, but I'm in Naas, so might be too far

I always keep a cheap low wattage angle grinder in the boot with a few 2mm metal cutting discs with a cheap maims inverter just in case a random stranger gifts me a new yellow triangular wheel trim.

But I'm way to far away to help you.....
