I'm looking into this course, it seems really interesting & different but I can't find much info on it apart from what's on the NUIG site itself. Is it the same as a normal arts degree where you pick four subjects etc? I'd love to hear a students perspective :)

With a BA connect, like human rights, you pick three regular arts subjects in first year and continue two of the three in second and final arts. But rather than progressing from second arts to final arts there is an extra year added in in third year. This year is dedicated solely to the BA connect subject. I don't know anything more specific to human rights, however. Hope this helps! :)

ya its a normal BA in first then 3 subject with a Human rights work placement in 3rd year then final year in the other two subjects you chose. 1st year is spent looking at the various rights and how they are protected in law

just finished first year in a BA in human rights

you are graded on 2 essays, a presentation and class participation. I Didn't know there were no exams either when I started.

you do have exams in the other subjects you pick
