Where abouts in Dublin 2 is this apartment and would you allow 2 people sharing-not a couple? also how for how long?

Quick note, this room is for the academic year of 2013/2013. We would prefer to share with students as we are currently in college ourselves.

Hi, I will be beginning my studies in Trinity this September, and was looking for a room to rent in an apartment, hopefully with other students. Is this room on any websites, or could I possibly get some more information about it?
