Thought there would have been a sticky here for it. What do people use? I have a preference for sites where you can exclude agencys (like irishjobs.ie) as Ive no interest in CV harvesting advertisements, just actual jobs. IT sector.

You could also try Staff.com and Craiglist. Both have good reputation in the outsourcing industry.
Just if you wanted to work at home like a boss of your own time and work.
