08-11 Ford Focus trim question

Looking at 09/10/11 Ford Focus 1.6 diesel saloons and have noticed that all of them are the 'STYLE' model. Was the 'GHIA' or 'TITANIUM' trim available in Ireland in those years or was it only available in the UK? Still considering buying one but don't want a car with little if any extras.

I would consider importing from the UK but don't know if it worth the hassle.

    They were available.

The Zetec was more or less redundant as the Style got a spec upgrade meaning you'd only go for the Zetec for an arm rest, alightly different lights and sports suspension that most people didnt bother with.

Ghia and later Titanium carried a hefty premium and many didnt bother spending the additional money.

Looking through old pricing files I have the 4dr Zetec and Ghia listed as 1.8Tdci's in early 2009.

September 2009 has 4dr Zetec and Titanium Models listed with 1.6Tdci engines.

Missing 2010, but seems to be the same in 2011 as Sep 2009, until the model change in 2011 when Style became the Edge.

In 2008 there were 4 Focus trim levels here:

    Style (base model)
    Zetec (mid model)
Ghia (top model) - 4/5dr only
Titanium (similar to Ghia but only available in 3dr)

In late 2009 the Style model got upgraded equipment including alloy wheels, front fog lights, air conditioning and bluetooth and only a marginal price increase. This made it better value than the Zetec model. The Ghia was then replaced by the Titanium in both 4 and 5 door but they were not as common over here as the upgraded Style.

UK spec models were slightly different to Irish spec models especially the Style.
