I am wondering what peoples stance is on the unofficialsmoke break? I feel I am being treated unfairly as a non-smoker in work whenonce an hour the smokers in the office can just walk away from their desk andchill out at the front door having a yap , a smoke and feel that this is 100%ok to do so.

and chill out at the front door having a yap

Some of those yaps were the most productive meetings.

If non-smokers feel they need a few minutes away from the desk, I think they are entitled to.
