Service cavity (1.5 storey construction)

    Hi,

Just wondering about how I can best run my electrical services from a service cavity in my upstairs ceilings (underneath air-tightness membrane) to sockets & light switches in the wall. I want to keep penetrations to an absolute minimum to maximise air-tightness.

I have already chased the walls for conduit as this was prior to deciding to implement a service cavity. I am trying to determine the best way to run the cabling from the service cavity to the walls via the sloped ceiling.

I have attached a rough diagram.
This includes the chase in the wall, service cavity in ceiling and membrane.
It was suggested to me that I could batten the walls and create a service cavity there, but I would like to know if there are other options?
Another suggestion was to bore some holes in the concrete floor slab and route cables to the sockets from underneath, but I don't know if this helps with the light switches.

    Any suggestions/inputs appreciated.
