Need Help with crossword answer

Hi all,

Need some help with the last two answers from Saturdays crossword in the Irish Examiner, one clue covers two answers, 17 down, 5 letters have _O_I_, 18ac is 3,2 have S_L,_A. Clue for both is ''noted system loudly appearing in different locations''

If anyone has the examiner from Monday 24th lying around could they give the answer please, driving me to the mental!!!
