HI

I am renting out my Appt for the first time because I have to move due to work. What exactly do I do with my electricty? Do I cancel my account or do I wait until a tenant moves in and then transfer the account into their name?

My worry is that I'd have bad tenant who wont pay bills and then I'll have to pay a re connection fee for the next tenats that move in
